  • Designed to blend with the local, historical Shingle-Style architectural vernacular, emphasized here by the long gabled roof line & prominent turret.
  • The house was built adjacent to an existing swimming pool. It incorporates an easy transition from house to poolside through a covered porch to a wide wood deck.
  • Customized details include round balcony (view balcony detail), curved dormer walls and the use of both square and round columns.
