- A new home located near the University of Washington Arboretum in a rapidly improving neighborhood.
- A progressive developer, M2K Partners, hired us to design a spec house that would respect the traditional features of the neighborhood, yet stand apart as a statement with modern influence.
- This project uses stereotypical “house” shapes joined in the middle by an unexpected, tilted window wall leaning out over the front door to create a dramatic entry.
